Getting Started
Click the "Get Started" button on the homepage. Enter your full name, company
name, business email, and a password. Business accounts require a professional email address with
your own domain — free providers like Gmail or Yahoo are not accepted.
Most hosting plans are activated within minutes after payment confirmation.
Dedicated servers may take up to 24 hours for initial provisioning. Domain registrations are
typically instant.
We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and
SEPA bank transfers for European customers. All payments are processed in EUR (€).
Web Hosting
Every plan includes NVMe SSD storage, free SSL certificates via Let's Encrypt,
daily backups with 30-day retention, a global CDN with 12 Points-of-Presence, DDoS protection, and
real-time monitoring.
Yes. All hosting plans include a 1-click WordPress installer. You can also
install other CMS platforms like Joomla, Drupal, or any PHP/MySQL application through the control
panel.
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account
dashboard. Changes take effect immediately, and billing is prorated for the remainder of your
current billing cycle.
SSH access is available on Pro and Business plans. VPS and Dedicated plans
always include full root access via SSH.
Domains
Use the domain search on our homepage to check availability. Once you find a
domain you like, add it to your cart and complete the checkout. Domain registration is usually
instant. We support over 500 extensions.
Yes. Unlock your domain at your current registrar, obtain the authorization/EPP
code, and initiate the transfer from your Hostendo dashboard. Transfers typically complete within
5–7 days depending on the TLD.
Yes. All domains registered through Hostendo are automatically secured with
DNSSEC at no additional cost. This protects your domain against DNS spoofing and cache poisoning
attacks.
Billing & Account
Yes. All plans are billed monthly with no long-term contracts. You can cancel at
any time from your account dashboard. Your service will remain active until the end of the current
billing period.
No. The price you see is the price you pay. There are no setup fees, no hidden
charges, and no surprise renewals at higher rates. All prices are displayed in EUR (€) and include
all standard features listed.
Invoices are automatically generated for every payment and available for
download in PDF format from your account dashboard under the Billing section. All invoices include
VAT details as applicable.
Security & Privacy
All data is stored exclusively in Tier III+ certified data centers located in
Europe (Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Helsinki). We are fully GDPR-compliant and do not transfer data
outside the EU/EEA.
Automatic backups are created daily and retained for 30 days. You can restore
any backup with one click directly from the control panel. We recommend also keeping your own
backups for critical data.
Yes. Built-in network protection against volumetric attacks up to multiple
Tbit/s is included on all plans at no extra cost. No manual configuration is needed — protection is
always active.
