1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Hostendo Ltd. ("Hostendo", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Services

Hostendo provides web hosting, virtual private server (VPS) hosting, dedicated server hosting, and domain registration services. All services are subject to availability and may be modified at our discretion with reasonable notice.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Payment & Billing

• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of applicable taxes.
• Payments are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
• We accept credit/debit cards and PayPal.
• Failed payments may result in service suspension after a 7-day grace period.
• Refunds are available within 30 days of initial purchase for hosting services.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Host or distribute illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
• Send unsolicited bulk communications (spam).
• Distribute malware, phishing pages, or engage in hacking activities.
• Use excessive resources that impact other customers on shared infrastructure.
• Mine cryptocurrency on shared or VPS hosting plans.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

6. Uptime Guarantee

We guarantee 99.9% network uptime on a monthly basis. Scheduled maintenance windows are excluded. If we fail to meet this guarantee, you may request a service credit proportional to the downtime experienced. Claims must be submitted within 30 days.

7. Backups

We perform daily automated backups with 30-day retention. However, backups are provided as a courtesy and Hostendo is not liable for data loss. You are responsible for maintaining your own independent backups.

8. Domain Registration

Domain registrations are subject to the policies of the respective registry operators and ICANN. Domain names are registered on a first-come, first-served basis. Hostendo acts as a registrar and is not responsible for disputes over domain ownership.

9. Termination

You may cancel your services at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hostendo's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity.

11. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Limassol, Cyprus.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
